Things to keep in mind:

• In one 200 word blurb, you might end up with multiple twenty seconds
• One idea per twenty seconds--not seven or two or 80, just one. Can you rise to that challenge?
• Twenty seconds is roughly 4 and a half lines of text. Don't try to write more and then talk fast. 
• Remember to harness your inner ballerina: speak naturally, project, don't read.
